Application requirements

  • 1. The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
  • 2. The applicant must have good conduct and behavior.
  • 3. The system must allow them to work seasonally.
  • 4. Full-time commitment during the Hajj season.
  • 5. Must not have any work linked to the Ministry of Hajj or any other Hajj-related entity.
  • 6. Must be medically fit and capable of working.
  • 7. Preferably proficient in some languages for non-Arabic nationalities.
  • 8. Attach all required documents.
  • 1. Must not have had any Sharia ruling issued against them in the past five years.
  • 2. Must have at least 10 years of experience in Hajj field, with at least 2 years as deputy center head.
  • 3. The applicant's age must be at least 30 years and not exceed 55 years.
  • 4. The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5. If the applicant has previous experience with the same company, they must have an excellent evaluation for the 1446 AH season.
  • 6. Pass the qualification/nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (if available).
  • 7. Pass the personal interview approved by the company.
  • 8. Full-time commitment during the seasonal work period with proof of availability.
  • 1. Must not have had any Sharia ruling issued against them in the past five years.
  • 2. Must have at least 8 years of experience in Hajj field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position in the same hospitality center field.
  • 3. The applicant's age must be at least 27 years and not exceed 50 years.
  • 4. The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5. If the applicant has previous experience with the same company, they must have an excellent evaluation for the 1446 AH season.
  • 6. Pass the qualification/nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (if available).
  • 7. Pass the personal interview approved by the company.
  • 8. Full-time commitment during the seasonal work period with proof of availability.
  • 1. Must not have had any Sharia ruling issued against them in the past five years.
  • 2. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same field, and total experience of at least 5 years in Hajj field.
  • 3. The applicant's age must be at least 24 years and not exceed 45 years.
  • 4. The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5. If the applicant has previous experience with the same company, they must have an excellent evaluation for the 1446 AH season.
  • 6. Pass the qualification/nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (if available).
  • 7. Pass the personal interview approved by the company.
  • 8. Full-time commitment during the seasonal work period with proof of availability.
  • 9. Preference given to those with engineering qualifications for Mashaaer positions.

  • 1. Bring the original letter of introduction and the original ID for verification, and a copy of the approved bank account if requested.
  • 2. If the applicant's data does not match the attachments, the application will be automatically cancelled.
  • 3. Acceptance of the application does not mean approval of seasonal employment for the company or one of its branches until the employment is approved.
  • 4. Adhere to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Ministry of Commerce, and the company.
  • 5. I do not have any business related to the Ministry of Hajj or other companies to provide the service.
  • 6. If the appointment is approved, I must start work and sign the contract within three days of notification via the text message sent.
  • 7. In the event of repeated delays and absences, the company has the right to cancel the contract without prior notice or compensation.
